Who we are

This website is run by PLT KEBAB TAKEAWAY LTD (company number 17379312), trading as Planet Restaurant and Planet Kebab, 23 Junction Road, Archway, London N19 5QT. We are the controller of the personal information described here. You can contact us at info@planetkebab.co.uk or on 020 7281 5786.

What we collect and why

This website has no contact forms, accounts or online ordering, and we do not use analytics or advertising cookies. We only receive personal information when you choose to contact us:

• Emails and phone calls — your name, contact details and what you tell us, so we can reply to your enquiry and, if you go ahead, provide equipment, training or support.
• Website server logs — our hosting provider automatically records technical data such as IP address, browser type and pages requested, to keep the site secure and working.

Legal basis

• Replying to enquiries and preparing quotes: steps taken at your request before entering into a contract, or our legitimate interest in responding to you.
• Providing services you have agreed to: performance of a contract.
• Keeping business records: legal obligation (for example, tax and accounting rules).
• Server logs: our legitimate interest in running a secure website.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not lead to any work are deleted within 12 months. Records relating to customers are kept for up to 6 years after the end of the relevant financial year, as required for accounting. Server logs are kept for a short period set by our hosting provider.

Third parties

We do not sell your information. Some third-party services are used on this website:

• Google Fonts — fonts are loaded from Google's servers, which receive your IP address.
• Google Maps — the map on our contact page is provided by Google. Google may set cookies and receive your IP address when the map loads.
• Our hosting and email providers — they process data on our behalf.

The video and images on this site are hosted on our own server.

Under UK data protection law you have the right to ask for a copy of your personal information, to have it corrected or deleted, to restrict or object to its use, and to data portability where it applies. To make a request, email info@planetkebab.co.uk.
